A creative and visionary leader with over 35 years in the branded food, beverage and hospitality industry, David Hanley has a record of designing and developing creative and dynamic concepts in highly competitive and international environments. He has successfully delivered revenue and bottom line profit for start-ups as well as industry leaders including Pan Pacific, Pacific Island Club, Marriott and Starwood Hotels.
David manages the full project lifecycle for established and start-up ventures, growing them from ideas into thriving businesses and attractive acquisitions. He is known for identifying trends and developing world-class destination restaurants with innovative, handcrafted menu creations served in attractive, sustainable facilities.
David has years of hotel/restaurant construction and renovation experience working alongside architects and ownership teams on the oversight of new developments or renovation projects to ensure and enforce, brand standards, scheduling and budgets.
An effective communicator and leader, David builds strong, high performance development teams that are trained to deliver exemplary customer service to ensure a memorable customer experience. He cultivates lasting relationships with investors, owners and vendors and is skilled at collaborating and directing contractors throughout the development and building process.
David understands the day-to-day financial management of any organization is key to advancement in today’s competitive environment. Another key to his success as a hospitality professional is knowing how to budget and maximize operational efficiencies from 1 to 75 million annually.
Building on a solid foundation in the hospitality industry received from Cornell University and with such well-known brands as Starwood and the Marriott Hotels, he has continued to grow professionally by establishing several successful branded restaurants and related businesses.
He is currently President and CEO of the HI Food Group and HFG-Consulting Services. His portfolio also includes restaurant development projects, hotel ventures and projects in Micronesia, Hawaii, California, Colorado and New York.

Anthony is a Principal and co-founder of Blue Rock Partners after working for over 11 years in commercial brokerage as a Vice President of Retail & Investment Services for CBRE, Inc. He has an extensive background in advising both tenants and landlords in a variety of retail environments.
A significant portion of his work within the retail sector has involved food & beverage operations. This experience has included him being both an owner & investor in restaurants. In 2017 & 2018, as president & board member of the Outrigger Canoe Club in Waikiki, he was involved in the reorientation of the F&B operations at the club which annually produce about $5,000,000. The result of this work and ownership positions has given him a unique perspective on the industry and the needs of restauranteurs.
His extensive experience within this sector and seeing the specialized needs of restaurant operations was a significant factor in the formation of One Source Hawaii Pacific.
