Fred is a Principal and co-founder of Blue Rock Partners. After working for over 20 years in commercial brokerage which included 10 years as an Executive Vice President of Retail & Investment Services for CBRE, Inc, Fred and his partner Anthony Hunt launched Blue Rock Partners in 2012. He has an extensive background in advising both tenants and landlords in a variety of retail environments.  

A significant portion of his work within the retail sector has involved food & beverage operations. This experience has included him being both an owner & investor in restaurants. The result of this work and his ownership positions have given him a very real, relevant, and battle tested perspective on the industry and the critical needs of restauranteurs and what it takes in real time to succeed.   

His extensive experience within this sector and seeing the specialized needs of restaurant operations was a significant factor in the formation of One Source Hawaii Pacific.
